Edible Brandon: A Virtual Community Event

Join Edible Brandon for a

Virtual Community Event

We’re excited to let you know that Brandon’s Food Council is hosting it’s second annual community forum, entitled “Edible Brandon” on Thursday, March 4, 2021 from 6:45pm to 8:45pm via Zoom videoconferencing.

The purpose of this free event is to bring the Westman community together to learn about, and discuss, important topics related to food sustainability and urban agriculture, including the roles of community gardens, food systems mapping, and growing, raising, and harvesting food within the city.

Our plan is to start the event with a brief overview of each topic and then to split up into smaller groups to discuss these issues further.

Thanks – and we hope that you’ll join us on March 4th to continue this important conversation about improving and innovating our local, urban food systems.
