Duke Sanford’s World Food Policy Center recently published the report titled Identifying and Countering White Supremacy Culture in Food Systems. Even though the resource targets the situation in the US, the information relates to our reality here in Manitoba. Author Alison Conrad, MPP attempts to answer the following question: How does white supremacy culture play out in the food insecurity and food access space in the United States?
