On February 8,  Food Matters Manitoba will present our traditional approach towards educating Indigenous youth at the Indigenous Education Gathering – hosted by The Manitoba Collaborative Indigenous Education Blueprint (MCIEB).

Food Matters Manitoba will use this gathering as an opportunity to present our program as a way of mentoring Indigenous youth towards traditional Indigenous education and employment as a means of feeding our people, healing the damages of colonization, and rebuilding our communities.

This gathering is an exciting opportunity for us to be a part of meaningful discussions, knowledge sharing, and collaborations on Indigenous education at the Victoria Inn and Conference Centre in Winnipeg.
